PROFILE INTERVIEW
We begin with our interview with you. Just telling us that you want to hire someone only starts the process. We are concerned about how a potential new employee will fit in. It is important that we learn about your company, its people, its goal and what you expect from your employees. It is only then that we begin our search for someone who can fill your needs.
SEARCH
An extensive review of our computerized files is started. We check for people with whom we have worked, people whom we know, people who will be right for you. All the sources at our disposal are coordinated in the search for the perfect candidate.
INTERVIEW IN DEPTH
This next step us crucial. The prospective employee is interviewed in depth by our professionally trained counselors. References are checked and, where possible, an evaluation of performance is obtained. Then, and only then, do we start the process of referral.
REFERRAL
